When he is not hosting conversations, Larry prides himself on serving healthcare marketing teams as an industry strategist with Unlock Health. He focuses on understanding the goals of communications teams and crafts strategies to meet those goals. He works closely with the Unlock Health Team to develop a customized plan to meet every client's objectives.
Conversations with creative teams come naturally as he has supported marketing teams in all areas of the marketing process, from traditional marketing activations to now focusing on guiding digital strategies. Through it all, he always strives to provide a consultative, customer-centric approach.
Larry and his wife are both Middle Tennessee natives. They have two amazing daughters and a dog who loves to interrupt Zoom meetings. When he is not spending time with his family, you will probably find him reading, running, or enjoying being outside.

As a 20+ year creative professional, Dave’s career has included experience in both agency and internal marketing departments serving in the roles of graphic designer, creative lead, marketing department manager, and director of marketing across verticals from small family-owned businesses to healthcare marketing, safety engineering, digital marketing, and international relations.
By day, as a director of marketing for Unlock Health, Dave oversees the creation, implementation, and results of the agency's annual marketing plan with a direct eye on meeting the organization’s overall growth plan. Working across all healthcare verticals with a direct focus on senior living and behavioral health, he provides the company and its leadership with an omnimedia plan of marketing opportunities and deliverables that showcase its best-in-class team as the leading provider of performance websites and digital marketing services in healthcare.
No matter the industry Dave has worked in, he has held to the truth that the foundation of successful marketing is the ability to tell a good story.
